(Michaud) Akatyszewski, Terry, 90, a well-known, respected, and loved businesswoman, of Salem, MA, passed away peacefully with family by her side at Ashland Farm Assisted Living in North Andover on Sunday, April 23, 2023. Roy was very patriotic and a proud veteran, he was named Veteran of the year in 2003.Roy was a proprietor of the Hide-a-way Tavern in downtown Salem for approximately 13 years.Roy worked at Fairview Training Center from April 1977 until he transferred to the Oregon State hospital in 1985 and retired from there.
